Digital
What factory digital gives you
Offset-class print quality high resolution, smooth tones, crisp small type, and a white underlayer on clear and metallic stocks. Ink chosen for the application water-based, environmentally friendly ink for general use, or UV ink with high lightfastness for labels exposed to sun, moisture or abrasion. Every material PP, PET, paper, clear, foil and every adhesive type: the same stock used for high-volume jobs, not quick-print substitutes. Full finishing varnish, lamination, foil, silkscreen, glue mask and any die-cut shape on the factory's digital finishing and die-cutting equipment. Inspected like a big job print-inspection system, barcode grading and colour measurement on every digital job → Inspection Printed in an ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000 facility small food and cosmetic runs are produced under the same system as export orders.

FAQ
Is there really no minimum?
Yes — we produce from a single label, because digital needs no plates. Per-label cost is higher at small quantities, and we always suggest the quantity that makes sense.
Can you print clear or foil labels digitally?
Yes — we print a white underlayer on clear and metallic stocks.
Will reorders match?
Colour values are recorded per SKU and re-measured before dispatch; reorders match the first run within the agreed tolerance.
Are digital labels waterproof / UV-resistant?
That depends on the ink, material, adhesive and coating chosen. We recommend a stack for the real conditions and can test rub and adhesion in the factory lab.
Any tooling or die charges?
None. All tooling is free.
