Quality and inspection — eleven certifications, an in-house lab, and the documents your auditor asks for
Corporate buyers don't buy a label or a box; they buy confidence that every lot will match, pass the retailer's, importer's or safety certifier's checks, and be backed by documents when asked. Mae Mae has built its quality system on ISO 9001, adding industry-specific standards one by one as global customers required them. All of them cover every product group at the main Bang Pu factory, and all are Mae Mae's own certificates.

How we inspect
Every job passes three layers: prepress file, barcode and colour-value checks before printing · in production colour measurement and offline print-inspection systems · before dispatch AQL sampling to the level agreed with you, barcode grading, and physical testing in the lab when required → Inspection process in detail

Laboratory
The factory lab and instruments
We do not recommend a material we have not tested. Before a label or carton goes into production, the factory lab checks it against the conditions it will actually meet: adhesion at 90° and 180°, rub and scuff, heat in the oven, humidity in the chamber, initial tack on the real surface.
Print quality is measured, not judged by eye. A print-quality inspection system reads every job; a colour densitometer, dot meter and colour-assessment cabinet keep colour to the recorded values; a barcode grader confirms every code scans at grade A or B; a video measuring machine and XRF analyser verify dimensions and material composition.
Cartons are tested for the journey: box compression, edge crush and bursting strength, so the box survives the pallet, the truck and the shelf. Test reports are prepared to your requirement.
