How we produce
01Drawing and material
send a 2D drawing or a sample; we recommend the material for temperature, flame rating and adhesion (free)
02Prototype
cut on the digital cutting table without tooling, usually within days
03Production
flatbed and rotary die-cutting, kiss-cut on liner or individual pieces, with tabs for automated assembly on request
04Inspect and deliver
dimensional check, adhesion and peel tests, per-lot inspection report on request
