state-of-the-art digital presses; ink chosen for the application: water-based, environmentally friendly ink, or UV ink with high lightfastness for labels exposed to sun and moisture
04Die-cut and finish
lamination, foil, silkscreen, glue mask, high-speed die-cutting, rewinding to your applicator spec
05Inspect
offline print-inspection system plus AQL sampling to the quality level agreed with you; barcode grading; adhesion and rub tests in the factory lab → Inspection process

What is the minimum order?
None — we produce from a single label, because digital printing needs no plates. Small runs cost more per piece than large ones, and we will suggest the quantity that makes sense for your use.
How long does production take?
7–10 working days after artwork and proof approval. Special materials or multi-step finishing can take longer; we tell you before confirming.
Are there plate or die charges?
No. All tooling is free, including custom die shapes.
Can you supply rolls for my labelling machine?
Yes — give us the machine model, or the unwind direction and core size, and we rewind to your machine's spec → Roll labels
Which material should I use?
